In the COVID-19 pandemic, hospitals are pulling out all the stops to better enable clinicians to treat patients. One powerful weapon they already have in their arsenal is their data. Hospitals that better understand where they stand in terms of patients, severity of cases, capacity, and staff will be more equipped to handle the crisis.

When it comes to bringing their data to the front lines, hospitals that have been particularly successful have rapidly created dashboards and reports with very few staff resources. That’s helped them to quickly get critical data in front of the clinicians and other decision makers who know how to translate that information into action.

In this webinar, we will examine some of the best practices of organizations that have brought data to the front lines, and will also look at what types of data they are pushing out to their clinicians and administrators. We’ll look at some examples of high impact dashboards and also review coding guidelines for COVID-19 cases issued by the Centers for Disease Control.
